What is it?
This is a newer type of medicine, given by injection, that targets specific inflammatory pathways involved in nasal polyp disease. It can shrink polyps and ease symptoms when other treatments haven't worked.
Who may benefit?
People with polyps that are still there despite nasal sprays, and often despite prior surgery too — especially people who also have asthma.

What happens during treatment?
You get a shot on a regular schedule, usually every few weeks. Most people stay on it long-term to keep the swelling controlled.
