Dr. Samargandy is an Otolaryngologist–Head & Neck Surgeon with subspecialty expertise in Rhinology & Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery.
Her areas of expertise include chronic rhinosinusitis with or without nasal polyps, primary and revision sinus surgery, smell disorders, allergic rhinitis, recurrent nosebleeds, deviated nasal septum, inferior turbinate hypertrophy, CSF leaks, nose and sinus tumors, skull base tumors, and endoscopic skull base surgery.
Her practice includes both medical and surgical management, including office-based procedures such as turbinate coblation and treatment of selected nosebleeds, as well as septoplasty, turbinoplasty, sinus surgery, revision sinus surgery, and endoscopic skull base procedures.
Dr. Samargandy is also actively involved in academic medicine, research, and surgical education. Her academic interests include chronic rhinosinusitis, nasal polyps and biologic therapy, complex and revision sinus surgery, skull base disease, surgical outcomes, and education in rhinology and endoscopic skull base surgery.

Dr. Samargandy is a Consultant at King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre, Riyadh, where she serves as Director of the Rhinology & Skull Base Surgery Fellowship and Quality and CPD Director within the Department of Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery. She also holds an academic appointment as Assistant Professor, College of Medicine, Alfaisal University, and is actively involved in fellowship and resident education.
She is also involved in academic research, surgical education, quality improvement, and continuing professional development. She serves as a peer reviewer for multiple peer-reviewed medical journals.
